Bankrate’s (NYSE:RATE) mortgage survey released last week showed that the interest rate on 30-year mortgage loans edged down to 4.27%. The company’s survey also revealed, that the 15-year FRM tumbled by 1 basis point to 3.39% last week. The more flexible 5/1 ARM improved as well, it’s now coming out at 3.32%, according to Bankrate’s mortgage survey.
