Churchill Mortgage, which is among the United States’ leading mortgage lenders offering standard, Federal Housing Administration, Veteran’s Administration and U.S. Department of Agriculture home loan products, will be expanding to the California area, according to a new press release. The institution announced this week that it will be opening its first brick-and-mortar location in California, with the branch located at 333 S. Anita Drive, Suite 995 in Orange, Calif. The branch will cover business across the whole of Southern California.
The branch will be managed by 20-year mortgage industry veteran Nicholas P. Williams, according to the presser. Williams will be in charge of assisting consumers in ascertaining their financial objectives and matching them with a mortgage or refinance product appropriate to their needs.
Williams is also the previous owner of Richmond Equity, and had worked for Cherry Creek Mortgage, Nations Home Funding and First Reliance before joining Churchill Mortgage.
“Establishing a California branch allows us to more effectively provide our trusted lending services to families and individuals on the West coast,” read a statement from Churchill Mortgage president and founder Lawson H. (Mike) Hardwick III. “Nick’s rich history as a trusted advisor aligns perfectly with our mission and will ensure that homeownership becomes a reality for many borrowers in Orange and its surrounding communities.”
Churchill Mortgage, which was founded in 1992, is based in Brentwood, Tenn., and is already an established financial institution in multiple states, apart from being the only lender publicly endorsed by personal finance personality, radio host and author Dave Ramsey.
