Switching to average mortgage interest rates, Bankrate’s (NYSE:RATE) mortgage survey released last week showed, that the interest rate on 30-year mortgage loans moved higher to 4.10% from the former 4.05%. The survey also revealed, that the interest rate on the 15-year FRM climbed to 3.27% last week.
